TeamWork Workflow™ allows you to take full advantage of the
Microsoft Outlook environment to centrally manage your business
processes. All workflow items are stored in Microsoft Exchange public
folders; as a workflow travels through each of its steps, the
appropriate users can access all of the latest information needed for
them to complete their portion of the project.
At each stage the appropriate individuals or
teams can be notified with a customised message. As they complete
their task, the system is updated with an audit trail of information
on when and by whom the tasks were completed; and the next
individual in the process is notified that they have a task to
perform. Because your team's workflow
data is centralised, you can quickly see whether a given task has
been completed or not, and where in the process a particular item has
reached.
