TeamScope CRM™ - Pricing

TeamScope CRM is licensed by user. Cost per user is around £270 per head (€ 370.00) depending on latest currency rates.

With any CRM system, you should budget another  50% - 100% of the software costs for implementation to cover installation, customisation, training and initial support. This is true whether you are buying a basic system like ACT!, an integrated system like TeamScope CRM, or an enterprise solution like Siebel.

If you have a competent IT department, some of this cost can be kept 'in-house', but if you want the system to be a success you will need to allocate sufficient resource (internal or external) to planning, testing, installation and training.
