Microsoft Outlook-Based
TeamScope CRM™ operates completely within the Microsoft Outlook interface that your team is already familiar with – translating to a high comfort and convenience level, and low learning curve, for your users. 

 

Uses Microsoft Exchange Server
When used in a shared setting, TeamScope CRM™ relies exclusively on Microsoft Exchange as its data store; no other databases are used. This allows all team members to have access to the same set of shared information – and no server setup, or synchronization with external data, is required.
 
Manage at the Company Level
While Microsoft Outlook is centered only around individual contacts, TeamScope CRM™ allows you to focus at the Company or Account level. The software gives you the ability to build Company/Account records, with individual Contacts automatically linked to their related Companies.
 
Unlimited Forms Flexibility
Unlike most other systems that require the use of specific forms and restrict you to a limited set of custom fields, TeamScope CRM™ allows for the complete customization of Outlook forms to meet your organization's specific needs.
 
Complete Activity Tracking
TeamScope CRM™ lets you track all contact activity, at both the company and individual level. This means that your team members have at their fingertips a complete record of phone calls made and received, e-mails sent and received, meetings held, letters sent, and more.
 
Opportunity Management
Track and manage each of your opportunities through its sales cycle. The software lets you define the entire sales process to match your own, since the steps of the process, as well as the opportunity form itself, are completely customizable. And you can view your sales funnel graphically at any time.
 
Stay On Top of Your Schedule and Commitments
As you use the system, TeamScope CRM™ lets you effortlessly create follow-up tasks and appointments, each linked to the relevant contact. And because the software operates within Outlook and Exchange, these commitments are automatically integrated into users' existing calendars and task lists.

With TeamScope CRM™ at work, your users can finally take control of their Inboxes. The software stores and tracks both incoming and outgoing messages, all tied to the related contact. You can also process web forms and other formatted e-mails with ease.
 
Create and Send Personalized E-mails and Letters
TeamScope CRM's built-in Mail Merge lets you target selected contacts and send customized e-mails or letters to each (in plain text or HTML format). You can choose to have the software keep a record for each contact of all information sent. And you can personalize your mailings using any data fields within your contact information.
 
Project Management
Manage your projects from start to finish. Link any number of different contacts, tasks, appointments, and activities to a given project. And the project tracking form can be completely customized to meet your team's specific needs.
 
Information Dashboards
TeamScope CRM™ uses Microsoft’s Digital Dashboard™ technology to bring together, on one screen, unified views of the information that is most important to you at each moment. This powerful combination of web browser technology plus Outlook allows you to customize the display of information to meet your specific needs.
 
Templates
Save time by creating any number of pre-formatted templates, in text or HTML format, for use in e-mail replies, mass mailings, etc. Templates support a sophisticated field mail merge capability as well.
 
Third-Party Integration
TeamScope CRM™ is integrated into Microsoft Word and ScanSoft's PaperPort Deluxe, so your Word and scanned documents can be easily filed with the appropriate contact. The system is also integrated into the popular QuickBooks accounting package.
 
PDA Compatible
TeamScope CRM's data management means that your TeamScope CRM™ information, or a subset that you choose, is available on your Pocket PC, Palm, Blackberry, or other handheld, using your normal synchronization process.
 
Reporting, Charting, and Data Analysis
An optional add-on product, TeamScope CRM Reporter, is available for those with serious reporting needs. Reporter transfers all or selected portions of your TeamScope CRM™ data into Microsoft Access, where you can then create sophisticated reports and perform robust data analysis.
 
Data Migration and Conversion Tools

For those migrating existing data from ACT!, Goldmine, or Maximizer, we have available automated conversion utilities that extract all of your existing information and place it into TeamScope CRM™. Additional tools are also available for cleaning up and merging your current Microsoft Outlook information.
