This is a great plugin for a great product. If like me you're in and out of outlook half of your day then to have immediate access to all your database contacts, mail history etc is incredibly useful.

The sidebar displays immediately if an email is from an existing customer and shows all their details, campaign history etc. Now I only have to login to MailChimp when I want to create a new campaign and yet have all the data at my fingertips.
