TeamScope CRM™
Microsoft Outlook is a great Personal Contact Manager, and it has all
the hooks built in to turn it into a full Customer Relationship
Management System.
TeamScope CRM™ enhances Microsoft Outlook with additional features, so that
it can be used to track and share all your client communications. It is
particularly useful for tracking and responding to email communication,
and has a number of very well thought through features to make email
communication simpler and faster.
- Set up a shared database of Customer Information
- Add a 'Companies' folder and link Multiple contacts to their parent
'Company'
- Link Outgoing and incoming emails to the relevant Contact
- Link Appointments, Journals and Tasks to the relevant Contact
- Review all communications with a particular Contact or Company
- Easy mail merge to multiple contacts - all recorded in each contact
- Set up a 'Sales Opportunity' folder or 'Project' folder and link
communications to opportunities or projects
With TeamScope CRM™ you never have to leave Outlook. This means no
synchronization process, no external database headaches, and no problems
when working offline. Every contact you make, every activity you
perform, every task you assign is automatically available in Outlook.
This is because TeamScope CRM works fully within Outlook, storing all
customer information in the Outlook Contact, Task, Appointment and
Journal entries you use every day.
It includes sales opportunity management and project management
capabilities. It will track phone messages, appointments and tasks
against an individual, a company a project or sales opportunity. So for
example you can view recent emails or calls for an individual, or for
all contacts within that company.
