For systems we have installed, or for help installing trial versions of our software, we will try to be as responsive as possible. Davton is not a 'virtual' company, and you are welcome to call us with requests for help as well as sending us email. Davton offer support using a combination of our Remote Access Software and the Telephone. We use the 'logmeinrescue' service which does not require any pre-installed software on your system. Since you initiate the call to our web service, firewalls do not block us, and (with your permission at each stage) we can see your screen and provide whatever help is required.
