Sales Opportunity Assessment and Tracking Form

This is an example of a custom opportunity form  based on a task form. It is used in a public folder so that the sales team and sales management can see the details of the opportunity, and update it as required. Viewing all the opportunities in the folder gives a good summary of the sales pipeline.
