Davton Sales Tools

All companies have unique aspects. Davton create Sales Tools to meet the unique requirements of each Sales Team. To date we have developed solutions from simple custom forms for Opportunity Tracking, to Contact Management tools to enable sharing of customer information, and Customer Relationship Management Systems which keep track of all communications with customers. Each system has been built on top of Microsoft Outlook, and tailored to meet individual requirements.

Davton Custom Solutions

Although we have a particular focus on Sales Tools, Davton develop completely bespoke solutions of any kind based on Microsoft Outlook.

From enhancements to a contact form, through tools to import and export data, to complex COM Add-ins, Davton have the experience to meet your need. Many projects are only a few days in duration and provide quick effective solutions to business problems.

Standard Products

As part of Davton's support for contact solutions, we have created the SyncManager family of products to synchronise Public Folders to personal folders for users of Blackberry, iPhone, Android and other PDAs. The 'paid for' versions can also synchronise Tasks and Appointments.

The SyncManager product family includes a free manual version, automated client versions, and enterprise class server versions.

Davton Training

Training is included as part of any system we provide. This can be delivered as a combined Sales Skills / Product Training session so that both the desired sales process and skills required to use the new system are reinforced.

Davton also run a more general Outlook™ Productivity Training class. This will help any team to use the standard features of Microsoft Outlook™   to plan, prioritise, organise, co-ordinate, communicate and collaborate more effectively.
